In terms of payment, we would like you to know about the payment mechanism, flow of funds, and other payment information about payment with detailed and transparent explanation.

About Payout

Mocaas payment gateway is powered by Stripe, currently becoming as a single payment option on Mocaas.
Please note the following:
  • Funds are held for 30 days from the date of transaction to be available for any needed refunds to end-users before calculated and processed on the 1st business day of the following month.
  • For Mocaas new users, please expect a delay of up to 60-90 days before you receive your first payout as it depends on your date of registration, the date of your first transaction, and the next available payout date.
  • Payouts are processed on the 1st business day of every month, provided it’s not a US bank holiday, however it can take between 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the payout method. If after this period you have still not received your Payout, please contact (email mocaas).
  • Payout amounts are net of all processing and dispute fees.

Payouts Report

Storefronts using Stripe as Mocaas payment gateway will display the amount on hold and the amount to be paid out in the Payouts Report section found by clicking on Sales, then on Payouts Report. The Payouts Report is designed to provide an estimate for the next payout so you know how much money to expect at the beginning of each month. It might fluctuate as refunds or disputes are in process (the reason the funds are held for 30 days).
Payout payments will be made for money collected in the previous month that have been held for 30 days.

Flow of Funds

You have freedom to specify a fee on a charge and Stripe will transfer to your account and the charge amount is deposited into the connected account (less the Stripe fees and application fee).
